Our Goals
We exist to make disciples of all nations by penetrating the secular world with gospel values through creativity and innovation. We empower youths, students, artists, and Christian professionals to use their talents for God’s glory.
Our key goals include: nurturing spiritual growth through retreats and mentorship; producing gospel music, films, and digital media; establishing prayer and training centers; building strategic partnerships; engaging in charity and community outreach; and developing sustainable, youth-led creative industries.
Our Story
Citizens of Heaven Ministries Uganda (COHMU) began on 15th February 2015 when Ayikobua Robert Enzama (Papa Robert) envisioned music and creativity as tools for evangelization during a gospel album launch. A small team of passionate young people rallied around this vision and formed a ministry dedicated to sharing the Gospel through art, innovation, and discipleship.
What started as a music initiative has grown into a nationwide youth movement conducting school and university retreats, producing gospel media, and engaging in digital evangelization. Today, COHMU has chapters in Arua, Kampala, Mbarara, and Kabale, with plans to expand internationally.

Prayer is our foundation. We rely on personal and corporate prayer to guide every decision, sustain every program, and shape every member into a faithful disciple.
Sacramental Life
We are deeply committed to Christian worship and community life. Through the sacramental life, we grow in holiness and unity as the Body of Christ.
Creativity
God-inspired creativity fuels our music, film, and digital media. We use art as a powerful tool for evangelization and discipleship among the youth.
Innovation
We adapt modern tools and methods to communicate timeless truths, advancing digital evangelization and building sustainable, youth-led platforms.
