Music competition Inspiring the Young Hearts at Immaculate Heart Girls’ School, Nyakibale
We were honored to receive an invitation to participate in the music competitions at the esteemed Immaculate Heart Girls’ School, Nyakibale, located in Rukungiri District.
Our ministry was delighted to grace the occasion with a series of uplifting performances, during which the students joyfully sang along with us. The atmosphere was filled with energy, praise, and the vibrant spirit of youthful joy
Beyond the music, we embraced this opportunity to share a deeper message with the students — a reminder that God has endowed each of them with immense gifts and divine potential. We emphasized that true education is not merely the acquisition of skills, but rather a sacred process through which what God has already deposited within each individual is revealed, refined, and prepared for service.
To illustrate this truth, we shared a simple yet profound analogy:
“A mango tree, by virtue of being a mango tree, has the potential to produce mangoes — because that is what mango trees do. In the same way, each of us carries within us the potential to bear fruit in the unique way God designed us. We were all created with greatness inside of us.”
We also encouraged the students to broaden their vision beyond the pursuit of white-collar careers. Instead, we urged them to discover their natural talents, cultivate them with diligence, and use those gifts to set the world ablaze with the love and light of God.
